JOB SUMMARY: The HR Support & Executive Assistant is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and provide administrative support for the office and the Executive Leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS
The pay range for this position is below. The specific starting rate will depend on the chosen candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $22.50 per hour (entry level qualifications) to $26.00 (highly experienced).

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Support & Executive Assistant is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and provide administrative support for the office and the Executive Leadership team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources
- Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records.
- Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Acts as a liaison between employees and benefits broker to ensure all benefit questions and/or issues are addressed timely.
- Maintain human resources databases and employee records as required.
- Responds to all employment verifications and unemployment inquiries.
- Other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Leadership team and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and materials for meetings or required projects.
- Performs office tasks including ordering supplies, welcoming visitors, and distributing mail.
- Assist with booking travel for employees, if required.
- Assist with the coordination of in-house or off-site activities, e.g. company events, meetings, celebrations, and conferences.
- Other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years’ experience in Human Resources and/or office management
- Basic knowledge of employment law and Human Resources procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
